Rajasthan-based real estate developer Trehan Group has launched a new residential project, ‘Shalimar Heights’ in the industrial town of Alwar, Rajasthan. The project is located at a 10-minute distance from India’s longest & costliest highway, the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and shares connectivity with metro cities and Tier 2 cities such as Jaipur, Gurugram, and other parts of the National Capital Region.
This is the Trehan Group’s second residential offering within its flagship 200-acre township project, Apna Ghar Shalimar after the announcement of its luxury housing project, Trehan Amrit Kalash.
Comprising 320 units in total, the project will consist of 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats, whose prices will start from 10.25 lakhs and 23.99 lakhs simultaneously. The configuration sizes of 1BHK flats will be 452 sq ft and 2BHK flats will be 896 sq ft.
Commenting on the project’s launch, Saransh Trehan, Managing Director, Trehan Group, said, “Our project Shalimar Heights will fulfill the aspirations of new home buyers who are actively saving to invest in homes of an affordable price range and build a stable future. We are looking to revive the charm of affordable housing societies with Shalimar Heights. The project is a composite mix of utilitarian and recreational amenities. Apart from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway which will strengthen Alwar’s connectivity to multiple cities and states, The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar RRTS line, being developed under the Regional Rapid Transit System Phase 1, will establish strong connectivity of Alwar to Munirka and Aerocity in Delhi, which will pass through Gurugram, Sotanala, and Rewari,” he added.
Trehan Group expects to deliver the project by the end of 2025.
