Sobha Group plans a five-city roadshow in India to showcase Sobha Hartland, an eight million sq. ft. project in Dubai. The roadshow will cover Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Cochin, and Ahmedabad on May 14-15, 2016 and is meant to attract more investors from these destinations.
The key objective of the roadshow is to initiate a direct dialogue with probable customers, highlighting the luxurious lifestyle on offer at Sobha Hartland. The event is expected to attract 50 – 60 people in each city.
PNC Menon, Founder and Chairman, Sobha Group, said, “According to UAE property portal Bayut.com, Indians made up 66.86% of the total search hits on the website for buying property in Dubai in May 2015. Moreover, with the increasing property prices in India, UAE is fast becoming a location of choices for Indian investors. Today, a mere 96 square meters of land can be bought in Mumbai by investing $1 million vis-à-vis a 145 square meters of property in Dubai.”

During the roadshow, Sobha will offer attractive pricing, starting from INR 2.3 crore and attractive payment plans with 50% on completion. Sobha will also invest INR 27.2 crore in promotional activities, including television and radio.
Sobha Hartland will comprise of ultra-contemporary L-shaped villas with an option of 12 floor-plans, semi-detached villas, townhouses, plots and modern high-rise apartments with a huge emphasis placed on space.
