DLF launching luxury residential project today

The country’s largest realty firm, DLF, is today launching one of the costliest residential projects offering 38 luxury housing units at a price range of Rs 15-25 crore. The company will launch a super luxury residential project DLF King’s Court, which is spread over 2.3 acres of land at Greater Kailash-II in South Delhi, with a project cost of about Rs 700 crore, PTI reported, citing sources.

Nitesh Estates launches Rs 100 cr luxury residential project

Nitesh Estates has announced the launch of a Rs-100 crore luxury residential project in Bengaluru. The project, Nitesh Logos, would be located in the central business area MG Road and provide all modern amenities, company officials said. The project is expected to be completed in two years.
