A perception has gained ground that the NRIs (Non Resident Indians) losing jobs in the US and other parts of the world have no choice but to land back home and invest in India’s housing market. The ground reality, however, is that these expat Indians don’t think this is a logical conclusion, finds a global survey by Track2Realty.
Forest View as a marketing terminology has been so much over-used and abused that the mere mention of the name turns off most of the discerning homebuyers. Most of the loud claims of Forest View turn out to be the disappointing experience with even patches of bushes over some drains being referred as the Green View or its extreme far end of being referred as the Forest View.

CNTC a Beijing headquartered Construction giant has entered into the Indian real estate space. It has inked a strategic joint venture with Bangalore-based Golden Gate Properties. The newly formed entity will be called Golden Gate|CNTC.
Industry is nevertheless clear that such apprehensions are just teething problems. Jaxay Shah, President, CREDAI maintains that even though most states have not been able to implement it immediately and are in the process of doing so, yet both consumers and developers need to look at it optimistically. There will be teething problems initially, but as the regulatory mechanism sets in place, we will see a smoother transition into the new administration.
