DLF has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received the first tranche of Rs.200 crore from IDFC, which is in the process of acquiring 100% shareholding in a JV company of DLF called Galaxy Mercantile.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has questioned the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) the basis on which it gave a certificate to the Sahara group on the ‘listability’ of optionally fully-convertible debentures (OFCDs).
The Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday said that it has excluded Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd from both the BSE 100 and BSE 200 indices and replaced it with Coal India.
Court has also directed that financial statements, bank details, any important resolutions by Board of directors of the company be placed on record along with minute books and attendance register w.e.f 1st April 2015 onwards. Also notices along with the proof of dispatch of the Board meetings and attendance registers be filed.
Sunil Goel, the second largest promoter and shareholder of Omaxe Group has alleged for financial fraud at Omaxe Group. He has filed a legal petition against Rohtas Goel, Chairman & Managing Director, Omaxe Ltd for malpractices and financial mismanagement carried out in the company allegedly by Rohtas Goel.
