This is in response to the steady growth the hospitality sector has recorded over the last few years. 2012 alone is expected to see 14,800 fresh keys by the end of the year. LIC Housing Finance, a subsidiary of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) plans to disburse around 8-10 percent of its total loan portfolio to developers by the end of this fiscal, a top company official said.
