Again, a prospective costumer may get some deals and discounts through one-on-one direct physical negotiations as well,” says Kamal Kapoor, a property advisor.
No wonder, the healthcare sector is being adopted by the developers across the country. Property analysts are of the opinion that proximity to a hospital in an area also impacts the price of real estate and many developers use it as USP to market their projects.
Explaining the decent but not impressive quarterly performance, compared to the industry peers, the CEO of a listed real estate developer justified it with heavy concentration in the residential portfolio. According to him, the diversified portfolio of industry peers with income producing commercial spaces gives those companies an edge.
