India witnessed a growth of 85% in property investments in the first nine months of 2017, compared to the same period last year, says Colliers International’s recently released report titled ‘Of High Growth, Low Real Rates and Black Swans’.
The PVNR Expressway gives seamless connectivity to the airport on one side – travel time of 15 minutes and to the core areas of Hyderabad like Mehdipatnam and Banjara Hills, and on the other side – travel time of 20 to 30 minutes. Pre-cast construction methods such as Alu-form and Waffle Crete technology and new construction materials such as Autoclaved Aerated Lightweight Concrete Blocks, fly ash bricks and building blocks made of mud that has been stabilised with cement or lime are alternative technological advancements.
Forest View as a marketing terminology has been so much over-used and abused that the mere mention of the name turns off most of the discerning homebuyers. Most of the loud claims of Forest View turn out to be the disappointing experience with even patches of bushes over some drains being referred as the Green View or its extreme far end of being referred as the Forest View.
The report highlights the need for new urban centers in the country, and shortlists 45 potential mega-cities such as Nagpur, Lucknow, Jaipur, Kochi and Bhopal, among others.
