Religion it seems is the buzz word for Raheja Developers to attract more buyers. The company has launched ‘Raheja Vedas’ a residential project in Sec-108, Gurgaon. Situated near the upcoming Dwarka Expressway, the diplomatic enclave Dwarka in Palam Vihar, Vedas claims to be a modern facility with high-end specifications. It is part of the high-rise exclusive luxury project — Raheja Vedanta, with the combined area of the group housing at about 11 acres.
The project offers 2, 3 and 5 bedroom apartments catering to varied budget ranges. The minimum size available measures 1,365 sq ft for a two bedroom unit, 1,790- 2,490 sq ft for three bedrooms and a servant quarters. Penthouses come in the range of 4,022-5,396 sq ft with five bedrooms and a servant quarters.
Vedas is priced at Rs 3,875 a sq ft with an inaugural discount of Rs 300 per sq ft. The costing varies from Rs 48 lakh to 2.15 crore. The developer says the project will be completed in two years and has a construction-linked payment plan.
