As part of its corporate social responsibility, Prateek Group has taken upon the initiative to educate people on traffic rules. The real estate company has joined hands with a leading NGO to educate the people of Delhi/NCR on following traffic rules.
Prashant Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group says, “We would be taking up this campaign very seriously as this means that we would be able to save lives by creating awareness about the Traffic rules. We would be happy to see people following & joining us in our campaign”.
“We as developers clearly feel the necessity to educate people on following the traffic rules and help in creating a well managed traffic. We care not just for our residents but also for the all the commuters travelling on road. We want their safety. Today even reaching to office is a struggle as one doesn’t know when one can come across a stand still jam. Someone had to take the initiative to talk about this issue and we as developer, thought it is our responsibility to do so. We build homes for thousands and lakhs of people all around and hence we would be happy to serve society in any which ways it is possible,” he added.
Prateek Group and other associates like Times OOH and DND Flyway has taken this issue further and recently launched a traffic mascot. This Mascot has been named ‘TRAX’, a name derived from the word tracks which means roads. This mascot represents and conveys the importance of following the traffic rules and regulations while travelling on roads.
The company has also taken up space on outdoor sites; on areas where in the density of vehicles moving are quite high, where in they are advising people and also reminding them, that one should follow the traffic rules if one wants to have a managed traffic on road. The group is planning to escalate the issues with more presence across Delhi NCR and will also indulge in few activities to propagate the idea.
