Omkar Realtors and Developers has launched one of its towers (Tower A) in its flagship ultra-luxurious residential development Omkar 1973 Worli. Tower A offers limited edition done-up boutique sky apartments priced at Rs 15 crore plus within the size range of 3000 – 4500 sq. ft.
According to Devang Varma, Director, Omkar Realtors & Developers, “The current customized inventory contains about 70 bespoke done-up sky apartments targeting the upper crust faction of the corporate and business community. In the 3-tower marquee project, with Tower B offering bare shell apartments are completely sold and Tower C fast selling out. We have a strong underlying demand for units in the price range of Rs 20 crore which will be ready to move done-up units.”
Omkar 1973 Worli, encompassing three towers, on completion will scale beyond a combined height of 800 meters.
