Armed with a self regulatory code of conduct for developers, the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) will showcase over 15,000 properties in its exhibition from October 6 to 9, 2011.
Celebrating the Dussera festival, the event “MCHI Property 2011” will be held at MMRDA Grounds, opposite the Bharat Diamond Bourse at Bandra-Kurla Complex.
Paras Gundecha – President MCHI, stated that MCHI has endorsed a Code of Conduct recently for its member developers to adhere to ethical business practices. MCHI has also set up a consumer grievance redresser forum to attend to buyers’ complaints. He appealed to buyers as well as developers to make optimum use of this opportunity.
MCHI Hon. Secretary, Mr. Boman Irani said: “A unique feature of MCHI Property Exhibition is that the participant developers would have taken care to ensure that properties on sale at the exhibition would have the basic clearances. With our commitment being “MCHI Hai Toh Bharosa Hai”, the properties on display here will carry MCHI stamp of assurance.”
Announcing the event, MCHI Exhibition Committee Chairman Bandish Ajmera said, “MCHI property exhibitions have proven to be a perfect place to find a dream home and the ‘Bharosa’factor is getting stronger by the year. All in all this will be a never-before opportunity for home buyers as well as investors since this is the right time to buy.
