ANAROCK Property Consultants has appointed Shajai Jacob, Executive Director & Head – Marketing (West Asia) at i JLL India, as Chief Executive Officer – GCC (Middle East).
Anita will remain with the Company until September 30, 2018. She joined Mahindra Lifespaces in the year 2002. Of the 16 years she has spent with the Company, the last nine years were as Managing Director of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.

As ANAROCK’s Group Vice Chairman, Santhosh Kumar hits the ground running and has assumed all operational responsibility for the Firm. “Given my long personal association with Anuj and our partnership being a tried-and-tested success formula for over two decades, this move is nothing but a natural progression for me,” he says.
Ritesh has over 17 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry in India, both with International property consulting and development companies. Ritesh joins Colliers International from Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), where he held the position of Managing Director, South India and led key occupier and developer relationships across the region.
Manoj has over 25 years of management experience, both at national and international levels, with large clients and multinationals. He has previously headed Facilities and Procurement divisions for various multinationals including GE Capital International, Dell & Lucent Technologies. In his last role he was Vice President, Corporate Services at Deutsche Bank AG.
itendra brings with him more than 31 years of rich experience to Sunteck in managing various verticals of Finance. Before joining Sunteck, he was associated with the Kanakia Group as Director – Finance for 10 years.
Swapan will be responsible for developing new avenues of growth in Eastern Region and will work closely with clients to provide innovative and value driven transaction solutions that are in line with their strategic goals. Swapan will be reporting to Anshul Jain, Managing Director, India, Cushman & Wakefield.
