CNTC a Beijing headquartered Construction giant has entered into the Indian real estate space. It has inked a strategic joint venture with Bangalore-based Golden Gate Properties. The newly formed entity will be called Golden Gate|CNTC.
Crowdfunding is the financial modelling of funding a project or venture by raising monetary contributions from a large number of people.
