Ansal Properties starts handing over possession in Sunshine County Kundli

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has started handing over the possession to the customers in its group housing project Sunshine County – Kundli in Sonepat.

This group housing is part of the company’s township ‘Sushant City – Kundli’ in Sonepat spread over 276 acres. The total saleable area of the group housing is 1 mn.sq.ft. (639 units) out of which 0.96 mn.sq.ft. has been sold as on 31st March, 2011 aggregating to sale value of Rs.2000 mn. As on date the company has handed over more than 167 units out of 451 units offered for possession. Out of 167 units handed over, 70 families have taken the physical possession.
