Ackruti City, the developer with major presence in Mumbai and MMR is now Hubtown Ltd following its name change which came into effect from October 31.This rebranding exercise for the company, which has a 30-year track record of delivering the best real estate projects, has been undertaken to better reflect its growing capabilities and delivery standards.
Speaking on the decision to change its name, Hemant Shah, Chairman, Hubtown Limited said, “As our city and country evolves, so do we. The company has received all the necessary regulatory approvals while opting for a name change. The company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) and both the exchanges will display the new name. Company’s shares will start trading as Hubtown on stock exchanges from 15th November, 2011.With this change of name, company’s website also stands changed to www.hubtown.co.in with immediate effect.
