Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (Credai), on Saturday, announced that it would be organising ‘Southcon 2011’ —South India’s first real estate development conference on February 4-5 at Hotel Lalit Ashok.
Briefing reporters, Credai-Karnataka President Sunil Mantri said realty developers from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala will participate in the conference which will see Credai members from the states to interact with each other and understand issues concerning the business and also practices followed by member states.
The body said the two-day convention will enable participants to face challenges better, and will be conducted annually. The topics to be covered during the two days will include, region’s skilled and unskilled labour pool to be created, their methods for retention in South India and skill developments required, best practices, et al.
