Vimal Shah takes over as new President of MCHI-CREDAI; vows to focus on GenX Developers

The newly appointed team with Vyomesh (Vimal) Shah as the President, aims to tap into the energy, ideas, and innovation that youth brings to the table, and thereby giving a new direction to real estate sector.

“Most innovations and innovative ideas are born on campus. As President, my duty would be to mobilise the youth, motivate them and utilise them for furtherance of our objectives and also to nurture, mentor and prepare future leaders for decades”, Shah said in his message to MCHI-CREDAI members.

The Youth wing will also be given the responsibilities of organising MCHI-CREDAI’s exhibitions, seminars, and study tours. It will form a shadow committee, which mirrors the Managing Committee of MCHI-CREDAI.

Shah explained that each member of the Shadow Committee will work in tandem with the office bearers and task owners of MCHI-CREDAI, so that they get exposure and advantage of dealing with the issues which are being handled at the Association level.

The Youth Wing will be given the task to hold annual awards for various categories related to the real estate sector.

Shah explained that he will focus on making MCHI-CREDAI the pre-eminent Association of Real Estate Developers in MMR Region, responding to the needs of the members, of the premises purchasers, and building strong links with all stakeholders, Government, Banks, FII’s, Suppliers, Vendors,  Consultants.
