Jones Lang LaSalle India has appointed Anurag Mathur as CEO – Project & Development Services and Head – Emerging Businesses. He was formerly Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led pan-India operations. Anurag Mathur brings with him eighteen years of hands-on experience in diverse real estate services.
In his new role at Jones Lang LaSalle India, Anurag will bring into play his extensive expertise in various aspects of the real estate business. As CEO for Project Management Services, his unmatched experience in building engineering and project management will play a crucial role in fortifying and expanding one of the Firm’s most stellar business lines.

From the Firm’s perspective, Anurag Mathur’s experience in Project Management is going to be a key factor. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project Management division has over 81 million square feet of area delivered and under management, and more than 75 million square feet under auditing and advisory. Anurag will contribute significantly to maintaining and increasing the company’s stature as the country’s leading provider of Project/Construction Management services.
He will also be part of Jones Lang LaSalle’s India Leadership Council (ILC), the core executive board of the Firm’s senior leadership, which provides focus, business strategy and governance to the India business.
