DLF Home Developers Ltd (DLF5) is the first realty firm in the country to achieve this internationally recognised Quality Management system (QMS) accreditation.
The scope of the certification is focused on “The Development of Commercial and Residential Complexes”. The company has been awarded the honour after undergoing intense evaluation for its adherence to delivery schedules of both residential and commercial projects, customer satisfaction and quality of construction.
With the implementation of the Quality Management system (QMS), DLF ensures the highest level of process and quality control in developing the complexes. QMS has very elaborately documented procedures addressing highest level of specifications to be achieved during various stages of development.
The QMS norms help enhance systems, improve areas of weakness and reduce process in-efficiencies. They also ensure compliance to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. A special emphasis is given on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at the work place during the course of construction.
