A large number of people in Pune have been showing keen interest in booking their properties through an online mode. A virtual realty fair, e-profest, which is promoted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDIA), has seen a good response with over 3,000 people registering to buy properties across the city in recent times.
The virtual expo which was started last year and is now running into its second year is showcasing a variety of projects.
“Pune market has always caught the attention of national as well as international property buyers and investors. E-profest is acting as powerful medium to showcase the city’s property and cater to all interested buyers. The expo has been made more interactive and user-friendly this year,” said Shravan Agarwal, Chairman-Exhibition Committee, CREDAI, Pune.
“People are willing to invest in Pune properties today. In this era of global economic volatile scenario, members of CREDAI-Pune metro have initiated an extensive programme on affordable homes. Many of our members have launched housing schemes which match the budgets of an middle income family and we are confident many more will be launched in the near future. E-profest is hence positioned to further strengthen the scenario,” said Satish Magar, President of CREDAI-Pune Metro state.
