Puravankara Projects has forayed into Coimbatore with a Rs.650 crore project, offering luxurious two and three bed room apartments. Located on Trichy Road, in Singanallur, one of the most upcoming residential areas of Coimbatore, Purva Bluemont will be built on a 16.86 acres land.
The 1,116 units named ‘Purva Bluemont’ project has 270 two bedroom hall kitchen (BHK) apartments and 846 three bedroom hall kitchen apartments, which would be completed in three and half years’ time, company Joint Managing Director Ashish Puravankara said.
The first phase of the project, comprising 486 units, with 99 two BHKs, would be completed in two years and would be ready for possession, he added.
As there was high demand for 3 BHKs, the company was focusing more on such types of flats, Ashish said, adding, there was also plan to make foray into commercial buildings like malls in the available land in the city with the company.
