MahaRERA makes it mandatory for real estate developers to mention delivery date of amenities and occupation certificate. Maharashtra Government to announce Cluster Development Policy soon: Sachin Ahir

This was announced on Friday, June 27, by Sachin Ahir, Minister of State for Housing, Slum Improvement, Housing Repairs and Reconstruction, Urban Land Ceiling, Industries, Mines, Transport, Environment and Parliamentary Affairs. He was speaking at the real estate conclave organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Mumbai.

Maharashtra revises lease rentals of 1,577 lands in Mumbai

Track2Realty: The Maharashtra government has revised lease rentals of a total of 1,577 lands situated in Mumbai city and suburbs. The revised lease rentals, which are fixed on ready recknor rates, would be effective from January 1.
